Record Steel and Construction won the day's largest award, rehabilitating the Canyon Village wastewater system inside Yellowstone.

That single contract pushed Interior to the top of the agency table at 161.9 million.

Health and Human Services followed at 98.5 million. Justice came in third — 88.7 million across 371 transactions.

Total obligations hit 645 million across 7,504 actions. Up 24 percent from the day before, down 80 percent from the same weekday last week.
