The single biggest contract went to Medline Industries — 77.6 million for one month of medical-surgical prime vendor supplies. GSA processed more than five thousand transactions but landed second at 97.3 million. Justice and Homeland Security followed, near 70 million each. Total federal obligations hit 519.6 million — down 32 percent from the day before. Outside healthcare, Murnane Building Contractors took 32.9 million for construction, and Fusion Technology pulled 25 million for IT services.
